We offer a 14-day return period, which means you have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition you received it – this includes keeping all tags attached and in its original packaging. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase.
How to start a return
To start a return, please contact us at hey@felyra.store. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hey@felyra.store so we can resolve the issue.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a replacement is to return your current item (after approval) and place a new order for the desired item.
European Union 14-day right of withdrawal
If you are located in the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The returned item must meet the same conditions listed above – it must be unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, your payment method will be credited within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
