Average Delivery Time

Once your order is placed, we take 1–3 working days to process it. Orders placed during the week are usually processed within one working day. If you order on a Friday evening or over the weekend, processing may take a little longer.

After processing, your order will be dispatched. Delivery takes an average of 6–10 working days within the Netherlands.

Placing an Order

Ordering from FELYRA is simple and effortless. Here's how it works:

1. Go to the product page and click the “Add to cart” button.

2. Make sure you’ve selected the correct variant (such as size or color).

3. Click “Secure Checkout.”

4. On the information page, fill in your shipping details and click “Continue to shipping.”

5. On the shipping page, review your address. Shipping is always free.

6. Click “Proceed to payment.”

We offer secure and convenient payment through Shopify Payments, which includes:

• Credit card (AMEX, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa)

• PayPal

• Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay

• iDEAL (for Dutch customers)

All payments are SSL-encrypted, ensuring your transaction is always secure.

Once you’ve selected your preferred payment method, click “Complete My Order.” You’ll be redirected to finalize your payment. If you run into any issues, our support team is happy to help.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is always free within the Netherlands, regardless of order value. Your order will be delivered directly to your door at no extra cost.
