Welcome to FELYRA. By visiting our webshop and placing an order, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

Article 1 – General Information

FELYRA operates an online fashion store, offering clothing, accessories, and related products. These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through our website.

By placing an order with FELYRA, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

Article 2 – Orders

  1. All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

  2. FELYRA reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example due to unavailability of a product, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

  3. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order details.

Article 3 – Prices and Payments

  1. All prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.

  2. FELYRA accepts the following payment methods:

    • Credit and debit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express)

    • PayPal

    • Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay

    • iDEAL (for Dutch customers)

  3. Payment is required at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed until payment is confirmed.

Article 4 – Shipping and Delivery

  1. Orders are typically shipped within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery is 8–12 business days, depending on the destination.

  2. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be displayed at checkout.

  3. FELYRA is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

Article 5 – Right of Withdrawal and Returns

  1. Customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receiving the product, in accordance with Dutch consumer law (Distance Selling Act).

  2. Items must be unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.

  3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

  4. To initiate a return, contact hey@felyra.store. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

  5. EU customers may cancel their order within 14 days for any reason, following the same conditions above.

  6. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you if the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Article 6 – Product Information

  1. We strive to display products accurately, including images and descriptions. Slight variations in color, size, or material may occur.

  2. Customers are responsible for reviewing product details and sizes before making a purchase.

Article 7 – Limitation of Liability

  1. FELYRA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our webshop or purchased products.

  2. FELYRA is not responsible for delivery delays, lost shipments, or items damaged during transport.

  3. Liability for defective products is limited to replacement or refund as outlined in Article 5.

Article 8 – Intellectual Property

All content on the FELYRA website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of FELYRA and protected under copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Article 9 – Privacy

FELYRA respects your privacy. Personal information collected during the purchase process is used solely for order processing, shipping, and customer service. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.

Article 10 – Governing Law and Disputes

  1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by Dutch law.

  2. For customers residing in the Netherlands, disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Dutch courts.

  3. International customers are also subject to Dutch law, unless local legislation provides additional rights.

Article 11 – Changes to Terms

FELYRA reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on the website. Continued use of the webshop constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
